Right, but how do I install the player on the TomTom using a Mac>
you can unpack setup user windows emulator and copy Media, Video, Audio and SDKRegistry directories to the root of TomTom
Hello
I have an Mac OSX Leopard.
With VM Ware i've got installed the Test-Software from MobilNova on my TomTom 920.
What are the settings for converting under OSX? No converted Files are running on the TomTom (.mov, avi, mpeg, mp4) I see no File in the Folder "Video" on TomTom.
Is someone false? (Bitrate, Settings etc.)?
Please help for the right settings oder file format to choose. I -*test*-('") it with the Software Roxio Popcorn, VisualHub, Handbrake, EyeTV... Nothing...
Thank you.
Please look for correct settings in this forum. I've already posted them some time ago.
Generally:
Audio: mp3, mono, 22050kHz max, max bitrate 32kbps
Video: mpeg4, avi container, max 400 kbps. Video size depends from your tomtom. Wide screen: 480*272, all others 320*240
Can't you run our converter in emulator under Mac?
If you do not have Video folder on TomTom, you need to create it and copy all videos there
