It will be nice to the software play mp3, meanwhile persons can convert mp3 to mpg1 or avi than can be played in the player of mobilnova !!

Any chance you can get WMA files to play on it too? Although saying that though MP3 or WMA support isn't much use to me if i cant switch back and forth between Mobilnova and the nav dash if i have to reboot everytime i exit MN.

No, only mp3 will be supported (officially). We do not want to mess with M$. But I have the feeling that if you install wma there it will also play

I can convert mp3 to avi using "Digital Media Converter" (trial free not registred) and the result is not so bad but this is boring to do :
1 convert all tracks in only one with "nero"
2 convert new mp3 file in avi with "Digital Media Converter"
3 convert new avi with mobilnova converter for yor tomtom
4 you can play mp3 with your tomtom

So i have a question for mobilnova : Why can't we do that directly with "tomtom video converter" ??????
And the result would be better

Only black screen with a message of free trial version but important is music isn't it ?
I think i have the bad setting with "digital media converter"because encoding is not perfect.
I work on it but if somebody knows the right setting for encoding, i'm interested

I was just curious, I haven't tried playing music on my TT.

I suppose you can just convert music videos, pretty much the same thing except it will take a little longer to convert.

You can play mp3 directly already but thre is no gui for it and no control for stop, pause, etc
