Posibility to choosw what soft to run

It would be cool if there would be a posibility to choose what software to run when i turn on the device either the mobilnova if i want to watch a movie or tomtom soft if i want to navigate!!!

But current situation when i need to wait while mobilnova loads then turn it off and wait while tomtom starts it is stupid. And taking all the time out the sd card is also not an option.
