I am looking for the ability to insert an SD card from one of several cameras, and be able to view the pictures in the directories that the camera puts them (not root nor photos nor images).

Can Mobilnova's picture viewer recurse subdirectories and find the jpg images?

Thank you in advance,

Don

Yes, it can recurse subdirts in /images dir

My camera defaults saving pictures to a \dcim directory and subdirs. Is there a way to have the Mobilnova app look in that directory in addition to or rather than the images directory?

you have to hack yourself in Media/bin/CreateMountingPoints.sh script

Thank you!

Do I need to make the change on my PC, then install to the TomTom, or can I just modify the file on the TomTom itself?

Do as you wish but remember that every new update will clear your changes.

I understand that it will, but now I know how to change it, I should be able to make the changes with subsequent updates.

FYI- The change I made was to reference a DCIM directory instead of an Images directory. DCIM is an industry standard for Digital Camera IMages.

I know the change I made was minimal, and now the software will ostensibly work with the sdcard from pretty much any industry standard digital camera.

Thank you for making this software not only available, but thank you for the assistance in directing me to the appropriate place to make the change.

This change will be made for next release of Media Center
