How about tv on the tomtom. Youre allready in contact with satallites, so why not one that sends tv signals. you could get every station in the world.

Web browser might be possible but TV I'm afraid not, unless user wants to unscrew his tomtom and solder some additional hw to it. I'lm afraid this solutions will be quite difficult to sell

I guess this would require a small java program on the mobile phone to send received sms to a client application on the tomtom. And this would help you master the bluetooth protocol and help you implement bluetooth audio with the media center...
